Exporting data

Once a filtered result looks right, export the full match as an XLSX file from the Downloads section of your dashboard.

How credits work

Each export consumes credits based on the number of matching records — the exact cost is shown before you confirm an export, so there are no surprises. Your plan includes a starting allotment of credits, and your current balance is always visible from the dashboard.

Buying extra credits

Need more than your plan includes? Top up any time — extra credits are $0.01 each, with a minimum purchase of 1,000 credits ($10.00). Extra credits are lifetime credits: they never expire and roll over indefinitely.

Tracking what's changed

The Update Activity view in your dashboard shows how many records were updated in the last 24 hours, 7 days, and 30 days, with a breakdown by brand and site — useful for judging how fresh a filtered export actually is before spending credits on it.
