Filtering the global dataset

From your dashboard's Global Data view, use the filter panel to narrow the full dataset down to exactly what you need before previewing or exporting.

Basic filters

Filter	Description
Site Name	Restrict results to one or more specific retailers, e.g. Sephora.
Category	Restrict results to a product category, e.g. Skincare.
Last Updated	Only include products refreshed within a time window — any time, last 7 days, or last 30 days.

Data quality filters

Use these toggles to restrict results to higher-quality records for your use case:

With price — only include products that have a price recorded.
With SKU — only include products with a stock keeping unit.
Only assigned URLs — restrict to product URLs specifically assigned to your account, such as competitor URLs you're tracking.

Preview before you export

Applying filters runs your query against the live dataset and shows a live match count along with the credit cost of exporting the full result. Preview Results shows a sample of matching records before you commit any credits to a full export.
